Thank you for choosing CarbonTailor. We are committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely. Below is our updated shipping policy for customers in the U.S. and Canada:

Order Processing & Production Timeline

  • In-stock items: Orders for ready-to-ship products are processed within 3 business days.

  • Custom-made products (e.g., steering wheels, body kits): Production typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Once your order is placed, a CarbonTailor team member may contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order details. Please check your email promptly after placing your order.

For orders requiring OEM parts or special finishes, production may take slightly longer.

Before shipment, you will receive a photo of your finished custom product for approval.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed or your custom product is approved:

  • Shipping Method: Express, tracked worldwide shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • In-stock items: 4–15 business days (depending on destination and carrier performance)

    • Custom-made products: 4–15 business days after production (depending on destination and carrier performance)

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Carriers may take 1–2 days to update tracking information.

👉 Most U.S. and Canada customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days.

All shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All prices on our website are listed tax-free. You may be responsible for import duties, VAT/GST, or other local taxes.

These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your purchase.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Damage or Issues

We take great care in packaging your order, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit:

  • If the outer packaging is damaged upon delivery, please take clear photos and contact us within 72 hours at carbontailorinfo@gmail.com.

  • If the contents are damaged or incorrect, notify us within 72 hours of delivery before installation or use.

  • Keep all original packaging for potential claims.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. CarbonTailor is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in transit.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $350 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Unforeseen Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Carrier delays or labor disruptions

  • Other events beyond our control
