Do you offer free shipping and tax-free orders?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on most orders over $99, and all eligible orders are tax-free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our shipping policy is as follows:

• In-stock items: Orders are processed within 3 business days, and shipping usually takes 4–15 business days (most U.S. and Canada customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days).

• Custom products (e.g., steering wheels, body kits): Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, with shipping of 4–15 business days after production (most U.S. and Canada customers receive within 7–10 business days). From order placement to delivery, expect approximately 3–5 weeks for custom items.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking number provided on our Track Your Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and PayPal.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Defective items returned within 30 days are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding shipping).

⚠️ Please note: All custom products are non-cancellable after 24 hours of placing the order.

Do I need to provide my OEM part for a custom product?

No — all of our custom products include replaceable OEM-compatible parts, so you do not need to send your original component.
However, if you don’t see a style you like, you are welcome to send us your own OEM part for customization.

How long does it take to receive a custom product?

Each custom item is handcrafted and typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete. Shipping usually takes 4–15 business days (most U.S. and Canada customers receive within 7–10 business days). From order placement to delivery, expect roughly 3–5 weeks. High-quality custom products are worth the wait!

Are CarbonTailor steering wheels brand new?

We use refurbished OEM steering wheel cores, but every wheel is fitted with brand-new carbon fiber and materials. You can think of them as OEM+.

Is it real carbon fiber? The price seems too good to be true.

Yes — we only use 100% genuine carbon fiber. No gimmicks, no inflated pricing.
